About Us

The Flora chapter of the Lions Club has served Flora and its surrounding areas for more than fifty years. Among other things, the Flora Lions Club provides the following services:

• Performs vision screening for 400 students each year
• Supports the local food pantry and a buddy bag program in the local school corporation
• Awards scholarships for music and service to our community
• Purchases glasses and hearing aids for those who cannot afford them.
• Sponsors a FACE Literacy Program which gives books to read to students
• Gives out annual Pete Award for Communinty Service
• Assists with blood drives
